Crimson Park Sublease in Norman, Oklahoma

This is a 2 month sublease for Crimson Park H109. It is $485 a month but I will offer to pay $85 a month to make it $400 for the leaser.
The apartment is a xxxx square feet 3 bed 2 bath. There will be two roommates who are both good guys and keep to themselves.
The room is on its own side of the aprtment with its own bathroom included.
